The workaround is paying for everything and I will refund your shipping discount. If an item ships in a 12” or larger box we do NOT ship to PO Boxes. It is probably going to come by UPS or Fedex. If you are a GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM international buyer we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. It is just too costly to turn a profit on returning international sales.
