Here’s What is Included: Sturdy and portable, you can simply set your backdrop stand anywhere! This set of mounting hardware will work ONLY with our 10×10 ft backdrop stand. Each order is for 1 set of crossbars mounting hardware. Each set includes 2 crossbar mounting brackets and 2 adjustable telescopic crossbars. Each adjustable crossbar measures approx. 5 ft to 10 ft long. Total of 8 poles can be connected to get the maximum length of the crossbars. Pole diameter is approx. 1″. Mounting bracket is approx. 9″ long x 3.25″ tall. There are 3 wingnuts and screws on each bracket. Screw is approx. 1.25″ wide. Can handle weight of up to 50 lbs. Assembly: To get 10FT long cross bar, need to connect A+B+B+D. Material: Metal. PLEASE NOTE: This set of mounting hardware will work ONLY with our 10×10 ft backdrop stand BKDP_STND07. BKDP_STND07 original cross bar doesn’t fit on the middle part of the bracket. So, if you have an existing BKDP_STND07 stand, you will only need to use the 2 new assembly bars. Other decorations are not included; all additional items are sold separately. Color Disclaimer Please note that the colors of products viewed on your computer monitor may appear different than the actual color of the merchandise. Dye lot variance of 1 to 2 shades is considered normal. To minimize color variances, we recommend that all items used for one party be ordered at the same time. Shipping All of our inventory is in the U.S. and ships fast. If ordered by 5 pm PST Monday through Friday, we do our best to ship your order the same day. We ship to USA continental 48 states and Canada. Please allow enough time for delivery by ordering early. Please make sure your shipping address is the current address! Orders will be shipped to STREET ADDRESS only. SHIPPING to CANADA: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. The brokerage fees are a processing fee charged by the shipping company. This fee includes filling in a customs form to indicate the contents and value of the shipment and calculating duty and taxes. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. Return Policy Your satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 60 days in the original packaging and original new condition. Used/unsealed items will not be accepted. Shipping fees are not refundable.
