Remember – We love custom orders and colours and we have worked with many events and florist to create many colours. Lots of colours are not listed online but feel free to send images of preferred colours and we’d love to work with you! If anything is not listed in options please notify us and we will re-list it for you. Edges are textured & unfinished. Due to the hand woven nature of the material (not made by a machine!), slight irregularities and variations in texture can occur. Colour spots may happen but will kept at minimal and will be much smaller than your finger nail.Size – Each piece length can be as long as 90 metres. Width is fixed at 55cm (unless custom make can be done for other width).******************We also custom make all sizes and all colours!******************This very soft cheesecloth fabric is made of a 100% cotton gauze, making it easy to care and incredibly lightweight. The best of all is the more you wash it the more softer it will become.The fabric edges are left natural to create an organic/rustic look for photographs – they are not trimmed. It may has loose thread – if it happens simply cut it off.Fabric CareHand wash in cold water and air dry in shade please. ShippingAll orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 working days. Wedding Runner Returns or Custom Runner OrdersWe normally do not accept runner returns as we make order when the order is created.Bulk orders for any length (5+ pcs), or orders for runner over 4 metres, or custom a particular colour all fall into our custom order category.Custom orders are customized to meet the specific needs of each client. Custom orders are non-returnable.We also do not accept change of mind returns. However having said that do try to send us a message to see if we are able to help. In some cases if we can alter the colour or there isn’t so many of them we may be able to offer return or exchanges.Please do bear in mind that if we accept your return there will be a restocking fee of 20-40%.
